New EU-GDPR: Compliant before May 25th with TMS Archive and ePAYSLIP

The protection of personal data is THE most important basic service of the TMS archive and ePayslip portal. Since the market launch of our offer, we place the highest value on the strict compliance with the rules and regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act BDSG.
This law will now be replaced on 25 May 2018 by the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). For our customers and prospective buyers, this transition is done automatically without additional effort, so to speak.
The services of Tec Media Services GmbH are once again ahead of their time in the implementation of the new requirements by the GDPR on May 25, 2018.
Both TMS Archiv and ePAYSLIP itself as well as the additional module “Digital Personnel File” are already GDPR compliant.
The following table shows how this is possible and which specific measures TMS has implemented for the GDPR requirements.
