Tec Media Services GmbH processes personal data on behalf of your customers. As a result, the source of the processed data is our customers.

Since we provide an archive service, we store the data of our customers as long as this is desired by the customer or until the right to deletion is exercised (if this does not contradict other legal requirements).

Backups are stored by us for 90 days.

Log files are for max. 14 days saved.

The purpose of personal data processing is the processing of orders for our customers. First and foremost, it serves to digitize and archive documents for our customers so that they can make their operations more cost-effective and convenient.

The legal basis for the processing is the offer of a service for the support of the customers with the archiving incl. The simple finding of archived documents in the sense of the order processing.

Legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f which are pursued by the person responsible, are the best possible support to his customers in terms of the contract processing contracts concluded with them, as well as the resulting economic benefit for both sides.

Legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f that are tracked by a third party can e.g. the fulfillment of legal requirements (archiving, provision of data, for example, payroll), the optimization of processes, the saving of costs, etc.

According to Art. 22 (1) and (4) DSGVO, there is no automated decision-making on the part of Tec Media Services GmbH.

12.1 Transfer and foreign sourcing
Personal data from our customers, we only pass on to the affected customer or the person concerned.

As a processor, we do not operate in third countries and have no intention to transfer personal data to third countries.

12.2 Affected rights
Affected parties can exercise their rights to information and data transferability even in the archive, because they have the corresponding functions available.

However, the right of rectification and opposition to processing must be exercised directly by our customer for whom we perform the order processing.

We implement the right to delete personal data in a multi-level concept together with our customers. It should be noted that personal data is still available in backups for up to 90 days after deletion.

Consent within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. a or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a may be revoked at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
