TMS is pleased to announce the partnership with Fujitsu subsidiary PFU Imaging Solutions, the world’s leading document scanner manufacturer.

Both companies present the new, very convenient Fujitsu ScanSnap function “Scan-to-Cloud”, which now integrates paper documents online into the TMS archive via the ScanSnap “Quick Menu”. The TÜV certified ISO9001 certification from TMS forms the basis for efficient and audit-proof document management in medium-sized businesses. The solution will be offered through all TMS distribution partners, in the future also via the ITK retail channel.

The premiere of the new “Scan-To-Cloud” solution will take place at the DMS EXPO in Stuttgart from the 20th to the 22nd of September 2011 in hall 7, booth C34. TMS will be there to advise you on all questions relating to the solution and about TMS Archiv. We are looking forward to your visit!

At the b2d – Business Life 2011 trade fair, Bremen, bend-IT and Tec Media Services have sealed the partnership for the joint solution of digipen plus and TMS Archive. This involves the direct and seamless integration of the digipen data and forms into the downstream online archive system of TMS.

The handwritten information and forms recorded with the digipen are automatically forwarded to TMS Archiv after processing in the digipen portal, where they are audit-proof and structured for research purposes. Please note this press release.
