GFM: Additional reference customer

GFM, Gesellschaft für Mikronisierung mbH has chosen TMS Archiv and at the same time makes itself available as reference customer.

Ines Dettke comments: “With TMS Archiv we can accelerate the dismantling of our paper archives and thus achieve long-term, secure storage.” The deciding factor for our decision was the location-independent search, for example during a customer visit, as well as the often shortened time spent searching for documents.

TMS expands partner network around Munich

With the Munich-based company DOCUBYTE, TMS is also represented in the Munich area for the first time with its services. Holger Martens, owner of DOCUBYTE, states enthusiastically: “With the online archiving system TMS Archiv, we can offer a cloud computing solution for document management for the first time and thus help our interested parties to implement the project very quickly.”

DOCUBYTE specializes in the professional digitizing of documents. Scanned daily mail is uploaded directly to the online DMS TMS archive. The scanned documents will then be available to all authorized persons in a timely manner.

Together against the flood of files

Holzring GmbH is another reference customer for TMS Archiv. The central task of the joint venture of about 50 timber wholesalers is to negotiate framework contracts with the most important suppliers. The 40-year-old company is based in the Technology Park University of Bremen and employs ten people.

“Our goal was to get rid of the tiresome paper,” says Hans Röhrs, commercial director at Holzring. “The purchase of software would not have been worth it for us, instead of dragging the many stacks of paper into the cellar once a year, we have them picked up, scanned and uploaded to the online archive, which is a good and pragmatic solution.”

Document initiative on the Weser

Hollmann IT, IT system house for paperless document management, software development and network services, and Tec Media Services, providers of lean digital archiving systems as cloud computing solutions, establish business relationships. With the interplay of their services, the Bremen-based IT specialists aim to provide the most suitable solutions for companies of all sizes.

The Hollmann IT system house focuses on three areas: the experienced programmers develop business software, they work as external network administrators and accelerate the workflow of large companies through specially developed document management solutions. A pool of documents accessible only to authorized employees grants access to all contained documents at the click of a button – even on their smartphone. Lengthy searches in unwieldy folders for order numbers, a business letter or important customer information is no longer necessary.

Both partners benefit from the expansion of their target address. “The people of Bremen know each other – as IT experts, we have been watching Tec Media Services for a few months now and we are a fan of their lean solutions, and by adding their intelligent systems, we will be able to target small companies with little effort,” says Michael Hollmann , Managing Director of Hollmann IT GmbH. We are pleased to have Hollmann-IT, an experienced and competent partner for the distribution of our ASP product. Thanks to the support, TMS Archiv is now also running on the iPad, “emphasizes Tec Media Services Managing Director Jürgen Schröder.
