Online study confirms digitization trend

According to a recent ARD / ZDF online study, more than 90 percent of Germans are online for the first time. There has also been a significant increase in the daily use of media and communication via the Internet. A pleasing development for Jürgen Schröder and Oliver Zoll: “The latest figures show that we recognized the trend at an early stage and launched our ePayslip digital billing portal at the right time.”

Digitalisation is on everyone’s lips and is increasingly influencing the HR sector of companies. “Many companies simply feel that their employees want to have access to their statements regardless of their location and time,” explain Jürgen Schröder and Oliver Zoll. Accordingly, many decision-makers are already intensively dealing with the digitization of their analogue processes and are looking for intelligent solutions. “With its smart portal and user-friendly usability, ePAYSLIP can score points with companies of all sizes,” the managing director concluded.

Document management systems: TMS archive among the 8 TOP providers

TMS Archiv is one of the 8 best document management tools. This is the result of the trusted.de online platform – a comparison and rating portal for cloud-based business tools. The independent industry experts praised in this context, especially the access through different browsers, the comfortable user management and that for the use of any installation is necessary.

The conclusion of the testers: “The TMS Archive document management system focuses primarily on data archiving and dispenses with other features such as the automatic classification of documents or workflow functions. The software is therefore ideal for small and medium-sized businesses that do not need such features. She works completely web-based. It’s quick to deploy and you can access it from anywhere. ”

In addition to digital document archiving from the cloud, Tec Media Services also uses ePayslip to create a digital portal for payroll accounting. “The cloud covers a wide range of tasks – we help companies to find the solution that is tailor-made for them,” says TMS Managing Director Jürgen Schröder.

Postage increase of Deutsche Post: It´s time to switch to digital payroll

The dispatch of wage documents by post is more unreliable than ever and will increase by 14.3% from 2019 onwards.

So it’s really time to think seriously about replacing the classic analogue process of distributing salary statements.
According to consistent media reports, Deutsche Post plans to increase its postage for letters up to 20 grams from € 0.70 to € 0.80 by 2019.
This corresponds to a price increase of 14.3%.

And that’s not all: The service of letter delivery is not only much more expensive, it is also unreliable than ever. The Federal Network Agency has already received 4,100 complaints from customers via Deutsche Post this year – a record figure. Last year there were 6,100 complaints.
So it’s high time to easily and cost-effectively digitize the vulnerable and expensive process of printing, enveloping and shipping the salary documents via the ePAYSLIP® WebPortal.
And quite simply for only € 0.39 per user per month.

Apollo-Optik has chosen ePAYSLIP® for its more than 5,000 employees

The internationally operating ophthalmic optics company Apollo has opted for the digital billing portal ePAYSLIP. Apollo was founded in 1972 and is the branch-strongest optician in Germany with more than 800 own and other franchise shops.

In particular, the decentralized structure of the organization poses major challenges for the HR department of the company.
As an innovative, high-growth company, Apollo was therefore looking for an attractive solution for the digital distribution of payroll accounting for its more than 5,000 employees in Germany.

After a lengthy selection process, the ophthalmic company finally opted for ePAYSLIP – the digital portal for payroll accounting.

The main reasons for the decision were according to own data the innovative overall concept of the portal, the convincing cost effectiveness as well as the simple, automated connection to the in-house wage and salary system PAISY.

Apollo will use ePAYSLIP as part of the WhiteLabel service, integrating the portal both visually and technically into its own IT environment to give employees a business-specific user experience right from the start.
This innovative approach significantly contributes to the rapid acceptance of the new solution by the company’s employees.

ePAYSLIP® presents new App on Zukunft Personal Süd 2018 fair

For the fourth time, the Bremen-based service provider Tec Media Services and ZOLL & COMPANY, the “makers” behind the ePAYSLIP portal, are represented at the staff fair in Stuttgart. This year’s fair will take place on the 24th and 25th of April. After last year’s move to Hall 1 of the exhibition center, the name of the fair was changed for this year by the organizer to “Zukunft Personal Süd”.

ePAYSLIP® has also continued to evolve since its last participation in the fair, and already counts more than 34,000 users today. The two partner companies are now presenting the new ePAYSLIP app to the public in Stuttgart for the first time. As with ePAYSLIP itself, the developers of Tec Media Services and ZOLL & COMPANY have focused on developing the app for maximum ease of use and administration. The ePAYLSIP app was therefore developed as a web app and is therefore independent of the operating system of the device used.

Interested visitors will find the contact persons of ePAYSLIP and the new application in the special area “Start-up Area” at the fair Zukunft Personal Süd in hall 1 at booth F.35 / 4.
